Fuel Max Out
The "Max Out Project" is a project to max out the gasoline to a max travel distance under every day drving conditions.
On the subject list of this project is the label "Practical Application" - The results have to be able to be replicated in real world scenario, at any time and location, at low budget. There are periods of testing, however, manly results are obtained by real world driving.
The project goal is achived at 100% efficency of consumed gasoline. Benchmarking 700 kilometer as 30% efficency, consuming 37 liters gasoline, 100% equals to 2300 kilometer travel distance, 1.6 liter gasoline per 100 kilometer.
In order to obtain a maximum performance from fuel to travel distance, there are following tasks applied to the project car:
Add Hydrogen and, or, nor, Oxygen, obtained from a onboard reactor, produced on demand, to the fuel air mixture. This system is running + working.
Magnet to break up the bond between the hydrogen + carbon to enhance combustion, hence increase fuel economy. South Pole - Fuel Line - South Pole (Repell Mode). A small magnet has been installed and deinstalled at the end of the fuel line, in close vicinity of the injectors, not to penetrate other metal parts. There was no effect to fuel economy. However the magnets were small, and the polarity was not properly checked, also they where same poles against each other.
Fuel Pre Heating
By theory, fuel pre heating helps to obtain a better combustion.
On Board Sensor Tuning Computer (OBSTC)
Using an OBSTC to tune all existing sensors, to compensate for possible adverse effects from adding fuel economy enhancment systems.
Installing spark plug which enhance light up the gasoline.
Change the molecular structure of Gasoline by adding 30 - 90 Mililiter (1 - 3 US Ounces) of acetone to 37 liter (10 US Gallons) of gasoline.
Narrower + harder tire contribute to better mileage. Higher tire pressure equal to harder tire. 5 PSI extra.
Limit Max Speed
90 KMH (50 MPH) versus 105 KMH (65 MPH), by theory increases fuel economy.
Better Aerodynamic result in better fuel economy. Remove side mirrors + antenna.
Maximum air into engine improves fuel economy. Aluminum cold air intake. Get warmer air to help with the vaporization of the gasoline.
